Advisory Board
The experienced voices that keep our work sharp and accountable.

Four domains of expertise
No single background covers work this broad — so the board is built out of four that between them do.
Strategy & Growth
Seasoned development-sector leaders who guide long-term strategy and the pace of our growth.
Public Health
Physicians and public-health specialists who shape our clinical standards and camp protocols.
Finance & Governance
Chartered accountants and governance experts who safeguard funds, audits and compliance.
Rural Livelihoods
Agriculture and water-conservation experts who steer our integrated rural programmes.
What the board is for
Experience arrives from outside the executive; sharper decisions leave it. Everything between is the mandate.
Independent challenge
The board sits apart from day-to-day operations, offering candid scrutiny of strategy and risk.
Integrity & oversight
It upholds the standards of audited finances, statutory compliance and open reporting.
Expertise on tap
Decades of cross-sector experience are made available to our programme teams as they build.
Ethics first
A clear code of conduct and conflict-of-interest policy guides every decision taken.
